By downloading, installing, or using FoodieX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FoodieX is a consumer tool that estimates the calories and macronutrients of your meals from photos using AI, records what you eat, and offers general food-and-nutrition suggestions.
FoodieX is not medical advice. Nutrition estimates are approximations, not clinical measurements. The AI Coach is a general information tool, not a dietitian, doctor, or medical professional. Never use FoodieX to make decisions about medication, medical treatment, or a diagnosed condition without consulting a qualified professional.
If you have a health condition (including diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, pregnancy, or any condition affecting nutritional needs), consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes based on FoodieX.
You must have the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into and be bound by these Terms. If you use FoodieX on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Premium is offered as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. The price for your country is shown in the app and by Google Play before you confirm your purchase. The price Google Play shows you at checkout, including any applicable taxes, is the price you are charged.
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal is automatic at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app → Subscriptions → FoodieX.
If a free trial is offered for a plan, it is shown before you confirm. The trial starts at confirmation; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, your Google Play account is charged the plan price and the subscription auto-renews as described above.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice, delivered in-app and by email. Price changes take effect at your next renewal; you may cancel before then to avoid the new price.
Your Premium subscription is linked to your FoodieX account. If you sign in with the same FoodieX account on a new device, Premium is re-activated automatically (verified with Google Play).
All payments are processed by Google Play; FoodieX does not receive your payment details and cannot issue refunds from within the app. When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policies — you can request one from the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history) or contact us at [email protected] for help. Deleting your FoodieX account does not cancel or refund a subscription.

FoodieX relies on third parties including Google Play Billing, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, Expo (push notifications), and Resend (email). Their terms and privacy practices govern their portion of the service — see our Privacy Policy for the full list.
FoodieX is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of AI-generated content.
We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, secure against every threat, or that nutrition estimates will match laboratory analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerX Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or health outcomes — arising from your use of FoodieX.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) INR 1,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PowerX Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the app.
You may stop using FoodieX at any time and delete your account from the Profile screen's Delete account option.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay for a subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will also notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Nothing in these Terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
FoodieX collects product-analytics and crash-reporting data to improve the app. Your consent to this is part of the single consent you give at signup, when you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. FoodieX does not have a separate in-app switch to turn analytics off. To take back this consent, delete your account from the Profile screen — deletion is immediate, cannot be undone, and stops all further use of your data. See the Privacy Policy for what analytics data is collected.
